Hypothesis. Help to create an environment that fosters passionate people.

When I jump on my bicycle, I'm incredibly enthusiastic. Very often I ride long distances just because I love it. It's my passion. My total riding experience is a combination of my bike, my attitude, other cyclists, the environment, and the challenges I have selected. When this gets me into a flow (1), intrinsically, a positive feeling starts to take over — never having lost sight to reach the finish line! 

During riding, I continuously think about what would happen if people work similarly? Are they getting into a mental flow state for the cause? With the same enthusiasm and spirit? How much positive energy and contribution can be attained when people act with harmonious passion (2)? For themselves, the teams, the company, or the clients they are working for?

But the passion for the business is not something that can simply be turned on. It requires specific ingredients and day-to-day attention to create an ecosystem to thrive. It is strongly influenced by human EQ, management and leadership capabilities, employee's perspectives, and dedication. In balance with the organization's purpose.
